Andre M. Conway,  President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Conway combines a strong combination of finance expertise and experience in the security industry to set overall strategy, vision and direction of ASCA. Mr. Conway succeeded Maurice Conway Sr.,  in 2001, the founder of ASCA and former CEO and founder of Blue Knight Security.  He leads the senior management team, builds the culture of the company and makes strategic acquisitions. Under Mr. Conway's leadership ASCA continues to differentiate from the competition, extend additional value to its customers and penetrate new markets.  Mr. Conway graduated from Saint Joseph's University.



Miguel A. Conway, Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of ASCA, Miguel oversees the daily operations of ASCA. Miguel provides guidance over all departments, including operations, IT, customer service and sales to ensure the company's IT systems are integrated into all key functions of the business. Mr. Conway graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration.


Bernard M. Skeete, Vice President Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Skeete is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of ASCA's company operations. He provides leadership and coordination in the administration, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Mr. Skeete graduated from Saint Joseph's University.


Arthur Calvo, Jr., Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Calvo joined ASCA in mid-2008 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has over 25 years in the security industry helping leading security companies grow revenue, improve customer relations and expand market reach. Mr. Calvo is responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales plans in new and existing markets.  He integrates the sales and marketing functions of the company to achieve maximum sales potential.   He spent the first 8 years of his career with Meritor Savings Bank (PSFS) as Director of Security. The next 15 years of his career were spent with Wells Fargo, ADT Security and Girsh Alarm Co.
